Ideal candidates bring a degree in instructional design or related field, passion for technology-enabled learning, and experience with tools like Articulate 360, InDesign, Vyond and Camtasia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration with SMEs.
• Experience designing eLearning, instructor-led and blended formats.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver courses and training materials including eLearning modules and guides.
• Manage instructional design projects from concept to on-time delivery and within budget.
• Collaborate with SMEs and teams to align content with business goals.
• Create engaging, learner-centered activities and assessments.
• Evaluate programs and identify improvement opportunities.
