Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design/Technology, Education, Communication, or related field.
• Enthusiasm for leveraging technology to create innovative and impactful learning solutions.
• Working knowledge of online media tools for producing multimedia learning content (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond).
• Understanding of Adult Learning Theory and ADDIE/SAM models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver courses and training materials, including eLearning modules and instructor-led sessions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define objectives, content and design.
• Manage instructional design projects from concept to completion on time and within budget.
• Evaluate learning programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
