Job summary

Jobtailor in Illinois is seeking an instructional design professional to design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning solutions. You will translate established strategies into engaging, scalable learner experiences using the Articulate suite and Vyond.

You will oversee the development lifecycle, incorporate input from subject matter experts, and ensure solutions meet quality and enterprise standards while optimizing learner engagement for real-world application.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development, or 6 years of experience in the same fields.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and emerging instructional design trends.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructor-led and eLearning design.
• Effective communication in visual, verbal, and written form.
• Technical aptitude and analytical skill set.
• Sound inductive and deductive reasoning.
• Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to identify solutions.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external customers and SMEs.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Learning & Talent Management Systems.
• Preferred: 1 year learning and development experience in a corporate setting.

• Optimize learning solutions for learner engagement and real-world application.
