Research Foundation CUNY seeks an Instructional Designer to join the Learning and Development PMO at the ACS Workforce Institute. You will design, develop, and enhance ILT and VILT learning programs for adult learners, translating complex subject matter into engaging, accessible content.

You will collaborate with project managers, SMEs, and product owners to deliver measurable outcomes, write objectives, storyboards, and assessments, and ensure accessibility and quality across materials.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, educational technology, or a related field with at least three years of professional experience designing and developing adult learning programs.
• Master's degree in a related discipline is preferred or more than three years of professional related experience performing the duties outlined above.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop engaging ILT and VILT training programs grounded in adult learning principles.
• Translate complex subject matter into clear, accessible, and practical learning experiences.
• Develop course outlines, storyboards, facilitator guides, participant handouts, learner workbooks, and other resources.
