Job summary

Leidos Biomedical Research, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer II to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions that support workforce capability across technical, scientific, leadership, compliance, and professional development programs.

You will translate complex content into learner-centered materials, applying adult learning principles and accessibility standards to align with organizational goals and branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Four+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development or workplace learning.
• Experience designing instructor-led, virtual and e-learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and revise instructor-led, virtual, blended, self-paced and e-learning courses using established methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile).
• Conduct learning needs analyses and identify performance gaps and solutions.
• Develop learning objectives, strategies, storyboards and course materials.
• Translate technical information into engaging learning experiences.
