Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Learning Development Specialist to design and develop training for the United States Army. You will partner with SMEs, instructors, and product developers to capture training needs and implement effective learning solutions using ADDIE, Storyline, and LMS tools.

You will create engaging, instructor-led and online modules, assess outcomes with Kirkpatrick, and adapt materials to audience needs while meeting tight delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience developing technical learning materials for software or hardware.
• Knowledge of standard software authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360 or Adobe Captivate).
• Ability to upload, test, and manage content on Learning Management Systems.
• Ability to work smoothly with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Ability to organize tasks and meet strict project delivery timelines.
• Ability to write scripts and clear instructional text.
• Secret clearance; Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Design synchronous and asynchronous training materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, and product developers.
• Develop interactive learning experiences using multimedia technologies.
