Qualifications

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in learning content design.
• Ability to sign-off on technical or clinical content when needed.
• Experience building eLearning, ILT, and assessments.
• Ability to deliver training in professional settings.
• Strong application of adult learning principles and evaluation models.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learner needs and craft measurable objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs to update or create content.
• Partner with multimedia teams to integrate assets.
• Lead content development milestones, risks, and QA.
• Monitor deliverables through translation and launch.
• Evaluate content to drive improvements and efficiency.
• Conduct training and sign-offs for product education.
• Develop training for usability evaluations and lab skills.
• Deliver physician and care team skills training as needed.
