Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support CBSI and IRCA, developing accessible learning resources for educators, families, clinicians, and professionals. You will revise and create engaging multimedia materials and professional development programs collaborating with subject matter experts and implementation specialists.

You will design online, hybrid, and in-person learning experiences, ensuring accessibility and consistency across materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, instructional technology/design or related field.
• Preferred: Master's degree and coursework in accessibility, UDL, implementation science, or instructional practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging online, hybrid, and in-person learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate concepts into educational content.
• Ensure materials meet accessibility and branding standards.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using analytics and feedback.
