Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington's Center for Behavior and Systems Innovation seeks Training Specialists to build on the HANDS in Autism model, delivering education, consultation, and resource development to strengthen local capacity across Indiana and beyond.

The role involves designing learning opportunities, collaborating with researchers and community partners, and supporting statewide and national training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison to key stakeholders in public and private sectors on partnership opportunities advancing institutional initiatives.
• Develops and delivers professional learning opportunities, workshops, consultation, and technical assistance for educators, families, providers, healthcare professionals, employers, and community organizations.
• Provides consultation, direct programming, implementationsupport, and resource navigation across educational, healthcare, employment, justice, and community settings.
• Maintains timely documentation and coordinates across Center initiatives.
