Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required at time of application.
• At least one year of higher education experience with instructional design, pedagogy/andragogy.
• Experience with AI in education and its integration.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, interpret, and disseminate data to identify instructional program needs and improve effectiveness.
• Advise and support groups on curricular design, contributing expertise in pedagogy/andragogy, instructional design, and learning technology.
• Collect, organize, interpret, and disseminate data related to instructional program needs and faculty development programs.
• Design, develop, and deliver faculty development and engagement programs (e.g., Canvas-based courses, communities of practice, and grant programs).
• Collaborate to promote evidence-based pedagogies across modalities.
• Infuse equity, inclusion, and universal design into faculty development opportunities.
• Participate in SoTL or program evaluation research when possible.
