Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree at time of application
• Minimum one year of experience in higher education
• Strong understanding of instructional design, pedagogy/andragogy
• Experience with AI in education and its integration

Responsibilities

• Advises and supports groups on program-level curricular design, contributing pedagogy/andragogy and learning technology
• Collects, organizes, interprets, and disseminates data related to instructional program needs and faculty development
• Designs and delivers faculty development programs (e.g., Canvas-based courses, communities of practice, grant programs)
• Promotes evidence-based pedagogies across instructional modalities
• Infuses equity, inclusion, and universal design into professional development opportunities
• Participates in SoTL or program evaluation research when possible
• Identifies instructional program needs and enhances effectiveness
