Job summary

SourceMD is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to analyze learning needs and design, develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain high-quality learning solutions that improve performance and outcomes.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter resources, and instructors to translate objectives into instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital experiences, delivering engaging content aligned with branding and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing curricula and instructional materials for instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital formats.
• Proven ability to manage multiple learning projects from inception to evaluation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Engage in curriculum planning and development, defining learner outcomes and content specifications.
• Execute project plans and timelines for all learning projects within budget.
• Apply instructional design theories to create varied materials for multiple delivery formats.
• Ensure online materials comply with accessibility and system requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, subject matter resources, instructors, and leaders to develop content.
• Upload and maintain content in SharePoint and LMS systems.
• Maintain courses with updates per customer needs and governance processes.
• Lead projects with minimal supervision and drive continuous improvement.
