Job summary

You will assess program efficacy, drive training initiatives, and implement evaluations to continually improve offerings. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in instructional design and Articulate 360, plus facilitation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Minimum 2 years in instructional design; portfolio preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Articulate 360 experience.
• Minimum 2 years of facilitation/presentation experience.
• Experience using AI to design training preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop instructor-led, self-paced and tech-based training materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design needs assessments and curricula.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and revise programs accordingly.
• Support training coordination and audits as needed.
• Advise on delivery methods to suit learner needs.
