Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. seeks an instructional designer to craft engaging learning experiences for corporate audiences. You will design storyboards, outlines and objectives, and build modules using Storyline.

You will create assessments, ensure alignment with business goals, and provide technical support during implementation, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver high-quality e-learning that meets industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop instructional materials, including storyboards, course outlines, and learning objectives.
• Create engaging e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline software.
• Develop assessment tools such as quizzes, tests, and surveys to evaluate learner progress.
• Ensure alignment of instructional designs with business objectives and industry standards.
• Provide technical support during the implementation phase of project.
