The Instructional Designer will be expected to design and develop learning experiences in various formats, including interactive eLearn modules, large-scale training solutions, and blended multimedia instructor-led presentations. Responsibilities include determining learning objectives, rewriting content, structuring activities, and creating visual aids for both face-to-face and online interactions. The role requires close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content aligns with training best practices and complies with all regulatory and legal standards.
This is a contract position. Remote work with some travel as needed.

Requirements include 1-2 years of experience in Instructional Design, eLearn development, or a related field.
Proficiency in programming interactive asynchronous eLearn experiences and developing synchronous, scenario-based in-person experiences that promote engagement and retention.
Ability to simplify complex, multi-step processes into understandable training modules.
Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adapting to changing needs.
Experience in developing storyboards, scheduling production activities, conducting research, and maintaining production schedules.
A strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail, effective design principles, adult learning pedagogy, and professional visuals and layout.
