Job description

Our agency client is looking for an instructional designer to support developing a training program + content in Articulate, for their healthcare client.

This opportunity is 40 hours per week, 100% remote, running through at least 1/24/2025.

In this role you will:
- work with the client directly to develop the content including light copywriting
- retool existing content to fit the new eLearning program
- build out the architecture of the program
- design and develop supporting Tips Sheets/Job Aids PDFs files

The ideal instructional designer will have:
- expertise in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)
- design skills to develop look and feel and/or follow existing brand design of other training modules
- strong instructional design background with a focus on adult learning principles
- ability to architect and write content
- knowledge of SCORM and LMS integration

Additional Skills:
- healthcare experience would be preferred
- excellent project management and organizational skills
- ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- strong communication and presentation skills
- detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and compliance requirements
