Job summary

New Age Technologies is seeking a Corporate Training & eLearning Consultant for a 6-month contract in Louisville, KY. The successful candidate will design and develop engaging online training modules using Articulate 360 while delivering both virtual and in-person training for Oracle software. This role requires expertise in instructional design, exceptional communication skills, and hands-on experience with Oracle systems. The consultant must pass background checks and drug screening, and must have proper work authorization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing high-quality, interactive, and responsive online courses using Articulate 360.
• Direct, hands-on experience training users on Oracle Cloud ERP and/or HCM modules.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience facilitating software training in virtual and in-person classrooms.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles to create clear digital learning paths.
• Outstanding public speaking and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online training modules and guides using Articulate 360.
• Deliver comprehensive live training sessions for the new Oracle system.
• Act as a change champion to drive user adoption through effective communication.
• Gather feedback from participants to improve training materials rapidly.
