Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in creating curriculums in a corporate environment, manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Define and document learning objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders for content accuracy and relevance.
• Create instructional materials such as elearning modules, training manuals, student guides, lesson plans, and multimedia content.
• Design interactive, visual, and audio learning tools to enhance engagement and retention.
• Conduct needs assessments and create training aligned with organizational goals.
• Apply instructional design models and learning theories, including ADDIE, adult learning principles, and multimedia learning strategies.
• Create assessments that align with course objectives and test knowledge and skill.
• Evaluate and revise learning programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with objectives.
• Incorporate technology into learning, including Articulate 360, Rise, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and HTML-based tools.

Job Summary:
