Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop engaging eLearning content for diverse training programs. You will collaborate with subject-matter experts to define objectives, create storyboards, and craft assessments that align with organizational goals.

This role supports both virtual classrooms and instructor-led sessions. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in instructional design, proficiency with Articulate and Captivate, and strong skills in design models.

Your role in our mission

• Design and develop engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training.
• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs to identify learning objectives.
• Create storyboards, course content, and assessments aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure training materials are interactive, visually appealing, and accessible.
• Continuously improve instructional design processes and methodologies.
• Facilitates course delivery as needed, particularly during Trainer the Trainer sessions and the introduction of new courses to ensure proper delivery of new training materials and monitor early feedback for course improvement.

The pay range for this position is $51,700.00 - $73,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
