Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Experienced Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of enterprise-wide training programs that address high-stakes initiatives and complex challenges in healthcare. • Facilitates course delivery as needed, particularly during Trainer the Trainer sessions and new course introductions.

Your role in our mission

• Facilitates course delivery as needed, particularly during Trainer the Trainer sessions and the introduction of new courses to ensure proper delivery of new training materials and monitor early feedback for course improvement.

What We're Looking For

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, training, learning and development
• Proficiency in advanced instructional design techniques, principles, models and eLearning tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate)
• Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integrations.
• Experience managing large-scale or complex projects.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.

What You Should Expect In This Role

The pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $92,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
