Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is hiring an Instructional Designer to create engaging eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training for healthcare clients across the United States. The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs and rapid, multi-project execution in a flexible, growth-focused environment.

The candidate will design, storyboard, and evaluate learning experiences, ensuring accessibility and practical impact while supporting Trainer the Trainer initiatives and ongoing course

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design.
• Expertise in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate).
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models and principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training.
• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs to identify learning objectives.
• Create storyboards, course content, and assessments aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure training materials are interactive, visually appealing, and accessible.
• Continuously improve instructional design processes and methodologies.
• Facilitates course delivery as needed, particularly during Trainer the Trainer sessions and the introduction of new courses to ensure proper delivery of new training materials and monitor early feedback for course improvement.

Your role in our mission

Key Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $51,700.00 - $73,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
