Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience condensing large amounts of complex information into simple and clear instructions.
• Experience designing and developing instructor-led and computer-based training.
• Experience using e-learning authoring tools.
• Preference for experience using Articulate 360.
• Preference for degree or certification in Instructional Design, Education, or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design and development of instructor-led and computer-based training materials aligned with program strategic goals.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with the Training team to ensure alignment with program priorities.
