Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma with 5 years related experience or a Bachelor's with 1 year in training or education.
• Master's degree may substitute for required experience.
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs and curricula.
• Knowledge of 508 accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops and reviews training plans and storyboards.
• Designs, develops and delivers training programs.
• Adds interactivity to confirm knowledge transfer.
• Collaborates with SMEs for new training development.
• Implements feedback and updates to trainings.
• Ensures accessibility and usability of trainings.
• Pilots trainings and evaluates results before rollout.
