Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field; or a master’s in any field with instructional design experience.
• Two or more years of higher education teaching experience, including online or blended courses.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional design standards across course offerings.
• Collaborate with faculty to design and develop courses across modalities.
• Provide one-on-one consultation and support for course design and revision.
• Evaluate courses for accessibility and quality using recognized standards.
• Deliver training on instructional design and online/blended teaching practices.
