Job summary

Walt Disney World is seeking a full-time Sales Learning Services Instructional Design Intern in Orlando, FL for January to June 2027. You will help design and develop learning content for internal sales teams and external clients, spanning product knowledge, policies, and system training.

Work with writers, designers, video producers, and trainers to implement learning theory and create engaging materials, reference guides, tutorials, and facilitator scripts.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing a degree and taking at least one class during application.
• Be at least 18 years of age and possess unrestricted work authorization.
• No prior Disney internship or College Program within the last year.
• Portfolio link recommended when submitting resume.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production of learning content from design to implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, video producers, and trainers.
• Develop reference guides, tutorials, presentations, and online learning experiences.
• Shadow train-the-trainer sessions and contribute to continuous improvement reviews.
