• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and collaborate within a growing team.
• Strong research skills and ability to present information clearly.
• Good communication and handling confidential information.
• Knowledge of Disney Parks, Resorts, Experiences and Products.

Responsibilities

• Participate in production of learning content from design through implementation and evaluation.
• Develop online and instructor-led learning components across topics like product knowledge and policies.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, video producers, and trainers to create support materials.
• Apply learning theories to craft effective learning solutions for specific roles or audiences.
• Lead assigned learning content projects, schedule reviews, and manage timelines.
• Create reference guides, tutorials, presentations, scripts, online experiences, and classroom sessions.
• Support train-the-trainer sessions and perform after-action reviews to identify improvements.
