Disney Destinations Sales Solutions (WDW) seeks an instructional design intern to help design, develop, and maintain learning content for internal sales teams and external partners. You will work on online and instructor-led modules covering product knowledge, policies, and system training.

The role emphasizes collaboration with design, video, and training partners, applying adult learning theory to deliver effective materials and learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with standard Instructional Design processes and ability to facilitate learning virtually or in person.
• Passion for developing engaging and creative learning content in a dynamic professional environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Ability to prioritize projects and collaborate within a growing team.
• Strong research skills and ability to present information clearly.
• Excellent communication skills and discretion with confidential information.
• Knowledge of Disney Parks, Resorts, Experiences and Products.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the production of learning content from design and development through implementation and evaluation.
• Create online and instructor-led learning components covering product knowledge, policies, and system training.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, video and web production teams, trainers, and vendors.
• Apply learning theories to craft effective materials that improve outcomes.
• Develop learning solutions for internal and external partners.
• Offer learning recommendations based on adult learning theory.
• Lead content projects, schedule meetings, and ensure timelines are met.
• Develop reference guides, tutorials, presentations, scripts, and digital learning experiences.
• Shadow/train facilitators and conduct after-action reviews and annual content reviews.
