Job summary

Dayspring Academy Angeline Campus seeks a dynamic and data-driven Instructional Coach to support the growth and success of both our teachers and learners. This full-time, exempt, 10-month position provides instructional coaching across classrooms, focusing on engagement, differentiation, and high-impact instructional routines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Florida Educator’s Certificate.
• Experience using current communication technologies.
• Successful instructional experience including coaching and mentoring adults.
• Experience leading professional learning communities OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching cycles for teachers, including observation, feedback, co-planning, and modeling of effective instructional practices.
• Lead data-driven conversations with teachers to support learner achievement, focusing on engagement, checking for understanding, differentiation, and rigorous instruction.
• Collaborate with teachers and leadership to implement school-wide instructional initiatives, including evidence-based strategies and high-impact instructional routines.
• Support teachers in the use of formative and summative data to drive instruction.
• Facilitate professional development, PLCs, and instructional rounds aligned to school goals and the Dayspring coaching model.
• Be a part of the LIAM team to increase leadership skills and collaborate on campus events and solutions.
