Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience in the subject area (Math, ELA, or PK-2).
• Preferred: valid professional teaching certificate and Reading Specialist certification for PK-2 literacy coaching.

Responsibilities

• Supports mission, vision and values of Harmony Public Schools.
• Leads 15 hours of weekly interventions for students and biweekly data meetings with teachers.
• Runs coaching cycles, models effective practices and uses data to guide instruction.
• Plans and delivers PD with campus and district leaders; trains PLC leaders and mentors teachers.
• Documents coaching evidence and supports teachers with micro-credentials and SLOs.
