Dayspring Academy Angeline Campus seeks a dynamic and data-driven Instructional Coach to support the growth and success of both teachers and learners. This full-time, 10-month role emphasizes coaching cycles, targeted instruction, and collaboration with campus leadership.

Responsibilities include observing classrooms, modeling best practices, guiding data-driven conversations, and leading professional development aligned to school goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching adults and facilitating professional development.
• Knowledge of state curriculum standards and instructional strategies.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form with teams.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage work assignments efficiently.
• Experience leading PLCs and schoolwide instructional initiatives.
• Familiarity with data-driven instruction and assessment.
• Fingerprint background screen completed as part of hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching cycles for teachers, including observation, feedback, co-planning, and modeling of effective instructional practices.
• Lead data-driven conversations with teachers to support learner achievement, focusing on engagement and rigorous instruction.
• Collaborate with teachers and leadership to implement school-wide instructional initiatives.
• Support teachers in using formative and summative data to drive instruction.
• Facilitate professional development, PLCs, and instructional rounds aligned to school goals.
