TrulyHired is seeking an experienced Instructional Coach & Student Services Coordinator in New Hampshire. The role aligns academic, social-emotional, and specialized support systems across the school, bridging instruction with student services and family engagement.

The candidate will coach teachers, lead PLCs, oversee 504 plans, MTSS, and coordinated interventions while serving as a central contact for families and community partners.

Formación

• Master's degree in Education, Special Education, Educational Leadership, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of successful classroom teaching with leadership or coaching experience.
• Deep understanding of MTSS/RTI, 504 regulations, and differentiation.

Responsabilidades

• Coach teachers non-evaluatively, provide feedback, co-plan, and model best practices.
• Lead grade-level PLCs and drive data-driven instruction and collaboration.
• Organize school-wide professional development aligned with goals.
• Lead Child Study Team meetings and design targeted interventions.
• Coordinate 504 plans and ensure compliance and implementation.
• Serve as central point for student services and family engagement.
