Job summary

New Jersey Tutoring Corps, Inc. seeks an Instructional Coach/Site Coordinator Dual: GLA (PA) for the West Philadelphia site.

This part-time role provides coaching and logistics support to tutors, aligned with the district and community partners, under the Program Manager's supervision. The position requires strong relationships, on-site attendance at 4601 W Girard Ave, PA, and effective data-backed instruction using iReady.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience in the public or charter school system.
• Proven ability to oversee and guide staff.
• Experience teaching in education settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Forms).

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with site staff and community partners.
• Ensure tutors have materials and guidance to support scholars.
• Review tutors’ lesson plans and coaching status.
• Submit attendance, rosters, and site concerns in digital records.
• Provide feedback and supervision to tutors; observe sessions and offer guidance.
