Catapult Learning is seeking a full-time Site Coordinator in Reading, PA to support instructional programming under the program supervisor. The role focuses on organizing materials, curriculum coordination, and classroom support to ensure effective lesson delivery.

The position involves training staff, monitoring attendance, data entry in the Catapult database, and collaboration with tutors and school designees to maintain smooth operations throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree, required
• Experience working with school aged children, preferred

Responsibilities

• Review inventory and prepare materials list for ordering
• Organize materials and curriculum; distribute to tutors
• Provide support for training and curriculum implementation
• Monitor attendance and enter data in relevant systems
• Lead staff meetings and supervise daily schedules
• Ensure classroom safety and proper curriculum delivery
• Enter groups in Catapult database and assist with evaluations
