Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach and evaluate LEAD teachers to meet instructional objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage teacher performance.
• Develop coaching plans and conduct observations with feedback.
• Lead professional learning aligned to Tennessee standards and LEAD model.
• Partner with principals and network team on teacher growth plans.
• Lead selected network initiatives and projects as assigned.
