Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Data Analytics, or related discipline preferred.
• Demonstrated successful experience in educational data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience providing professional development or coaching to educators.
• Working knowledge of assessment and intervention practices in the assigned subject area.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex testing data into accessible reports and resources.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional coaching to teachers and support staff to improve their data analysis skills in the assigned subject area.
• Guides instructional staff in analyzing assessment data to implement Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions for the lowest-performing students.
• Produces testing data analysis and growth reports and delivers them to building leadership and Teacher-Based Teams at least quarterly during the school year.
• Drafts streamlined one-page overviews of data and assessment responsibilities for instructional staff to ensure clarity and consistency in data practices.
• Collaborates with educators to translate data insights into actionable, evidence-based instructional strategies (ESSA Level 1).
• Identifies students requiring Tier 2 or Tier 3 intervention and confirms referral within each reporting cycle.
• Ensures all data analysis practices and resulting interventions align with the building's One Plan goals and the federal identification status.
