Job summary

Holy Rosary Catholic School, part of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, seeks an Instructional Specialist and Interventionist for the 2026-2027 school year. The role partners with classroom teachers to strengthen instruction and student achievement through coaching, curriculum development, and staff professional learning.

The incumbent will provide personalized 1:1 support, lead professional development, analyze assessment data, and collaborate with the campus interventionist to design

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience.
• Meet TCCBED Teacher requirements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of TX content standards.
• Experience in researched-based instructional practices.
• Desire to continue career improvement.
• Previous coaching or teacher leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of instructional strategies, conditions of learning, and assessment-driven instruction.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
