Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience.
• Eligibility for Florida Professional Teacher Certificate in the content area.
• Recent coursework on accelerating learning for low achievers and data-informed instruction.
• Experience coordinating professional development related to performance responsibilities.
• Experience using technology in learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional learning for teachers in curriculum planning, learning, implementation and evaluation.
• Create and deliver model lessons using technology for communication and presentations.
• Train teachers to improve skills in content area techniques and data-driven progress monitoring.
• Support professional learning needs identified in school improvement plans.
• Assist teachers in using student achievement data for targeted content areas.
• Participate in professional organizations and ongoing in-service opportunities.
