Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with a valid Florida Teacher’s Certificate in a core curriculum area.
• Minimum of three (3) years job-related experience OR five (5) years job-related experience with the alternate degree.
• Preferred: Florida certification in Educational Leadership or Administration (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted instructional support to identified low-achieving schools to improve student achievement in reading, science, and mathematics.
• Identify and coordinate resources and effective instructional strategies to meet state and federal standards.
• Collaborate with district, area, and school administrators to implement school improvement initiatives.
