Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution; Florida certification in progress or Florida certification in progress.
• Educational Leadership Certification in progress or completed by the end of year three in the position.
• Three years of teaching experience.
• Experience aligning curriculum to standards; able to plan professional development; demonstrates leadership.
• Must have prior coaching experience or a highly effective VAM rating.

Responsibilities

• Monitor instructional programs and support staff to improve performance.
• Align the written, taught, and assessed curriculum to state standards and instructional framework.
• Lead district-wide professional development and staff coaching sessions.
• Visit schools and monitor curriculum resources and implementation.
• Advise senior leadership on instructional services and policy adherence.
• Facilitate staff development activities and model effective practices.
