Job summary

Qualifications

• A valid PA Instructional II Teaching Certificate in a core content area is required.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Proven track record of improving student achievement through coaching and PD.
• Strong data analysis and instructional decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in coach professional development and stay current with research.
• Identify teaching needs by analyzing student data and design actions with teachers.
• Facilitate district-approved professional development and coaching for staff.
• Model, observe, co-teach, and support teachers in applying new practices.
• Maintain confidential, collaborative relationships with teachers and staff.
