Job summary

Madison District #12 is seeking an instructional coach to collaborate with teachers to promote student and educator growth. You will support best instructional practices, data analysis, PLCs, and school improvement, designing instruction, curriculum, and assessments centered on student outcomes.

The role emphasizes student-centered coaching across content areas and partnerships with building administration to lead the school improvement plan.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in educational discipline preferred.
• Teaching Certification in a Secondary Subject (Grades 6–12).
• MV Driver's license or ability to provide own transportation.
• Extensive successful teaching experience, preferably in more than one subject area and grade level (7+ years).

Responsibilities

• Support student and educator growth through instructional coaching.
• Assist teachers and administrators with best instructional practices, data analysis, PLCs, and school improvement.
• Collaborate with teachers to design instruction, curriculum, and assessments focused on student outcomes.
• Provide leadership with the school improvement plan alongside building administration.
