Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; Texas Teacher Certificate required.
• Three years of classroom teaching experience; knowledge of curriculum, assessment, RTI, 504, GT and enrichment.
• Ability to coordinate supplemental district programs and interpret policy, procedures and data.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site instructional coaching to train staff in Math/Science and Reading/Language Arts.
• Lead professional learning communities to align content and backwards design.
• Support data collection and evaluation of student performance and placement in programs.
• Plan and deliver staff development for district initiatives and supplemental programs.
• Collaborate with administrators to plan instructional initiatives and monitor CCR, EOC interventions, intersession and summer school.
