Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of successful classroom teaching with students with disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, differentiation, and evidence-based practices.
• Ability to use assessment data to inform instruction and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administration and staff to develop, evaluate, refine, and maintain curricular resources.
• Develop and refine a comprehensive scope and sequence from preschool through post-high school.
• Organize and curate the library and instructional resources to support curriculum and literacy.
• Provide individualized coaching through co-planning, co-teaching, and feedback to improve practice.
• Lead professional learning opportunities, workshops, and training sessions.
• Design and deliver targeted instruction and monitor progress using ongoing data.
