You will coach teachers, align instruction with standards and assessments, and provide professional development to boost educator effectiveness. A focus on inclusive, engaging learning and data-informed planning is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in special education or related field.
• Valid Pennsylvania Instructional II Special Education certification.
• Experience coaching or mentoring instructional practice.
• Knowledge of standards-based instruction and curriculum alignment.
• Ability to build trust through collaborative relationships.

What You’ll Need
