Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Director of Schools & Services in Pennsylvania to oversee systems that support students with autism and complex learning and behavioral needs. The role ensures IEP compliance, strengthens collaboration, and promotes positive outcomes for students and families.

You will lead IEP processes, collaborate with leadership teams on school initiatives, and coordinate staff training to elevate practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in special education, ABA, social work, or related field.
• Pennsylvania Instructional I or II Special Education certification.
• At least two years of experience in a lead role supporting students with learning or behavioral challenges.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate, lead training, and build relationships with families and districts.
