New Story Schools is seeking a Director of Schools & Services to oversee systems supporting students with complex learning and behavioral needs. You will ensure IEP compliance, strengthen collaboration, and promote positive outcomes for students and families.

You will lead IEP processes, coordinate staff training, and build strong partnerships with families and school districts while guiding program implementation and educational initiatives.

At New Story Schools, we serve students ages 5–21 with autism and emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. As the Director of Schools & Services at New Story Schools, you will oversee systems that support students with complex learning and behavioral needs. Your leadership ensures IEP compliance, strengthens collaboration, and promotes positive outcomes for students and families

What You’ll Need

• Master’s degree in special education, ABA, social work, or a related field
• Must have Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching certification (Instructional Level I or II)
• At least two years of experience in a lead role supporting students with learning or behavioral challenges
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance requirements
• Ability to collaborate, lead training, and build relationships with families and districts
