Job summary

Qualifications

• Kentucky teacher certification and Rank II/Master’s Degree.
• Minimum of six years teaching experience.
• Knowledge of state and national standards.
• Deep knowledge of reading, writing, literacy and/or math.
• Experience with data-driven instruction and assessment-driven planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional development and coaching around RTI and the District Improvement Plan.
• Model instructional practices and assist with data analysis and progress monitoring.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical assistance for teachers and students.
• Assist in developing and implementing district curriculum and benchmark assessments at building level.
• Support teachers in development of differentiated lessons and best-practice instruction.
• Collaborate with school leadership to facilitate professional learning communities.
