Job summary

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience with children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or demonstrated progress toward obtaining a GED as required by Kentucky law.
• One year experience working with children in an organized setting.

Responsibilities

• Tutees individuals or small groups, reinforcing and implementing instruction as directed by the teacher.
• Maintains records of student progress and participates in instructional team meetings.
• Prepares and organizes lessons as directed by the teacher and assists with tests and English proficiency assessment.
• Monitors and reports student behavior and progress; assists with lab activities and safety.
