SUMMARY: Works under direct supervision of program management to provide functional skills training and personal care to disabled customers.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED with a preference given to persons who have experience working in day or residential programs serving persons with disabilities.

Driving Skills: Must possess a valid CDL and clean driving record.

• Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated, or willing to get vaccinated. - If not vaccinated, must test weekly until fully vaccinated
