We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide educational instruction, care, supervision, and emotional support to students with special needs. Our Instructional Assistants foster a safe classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the students' intellectual and social development. Qualified candidates may also be asked to serve as substitute teachers.

We operate a non-public school in partnership with local districts, focusing on students with learning disabilities. A Typical Day Includes

• Using a company vehicle to pick up students from their homes, creating a positive start to their day.
• Assisting students with completing assignments.
• Supporting students in regulating frustrations.
• Dropping students off at home at the end of the day.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Strong commitment to supporting students' educational goals.
• Knowledge of child cognitive development and learning styles.
• Associate's Degree or 60 units preferred.
• Passed the CBEST exam.

Job Details

• Pay Range: $18-$22 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm during school sessions.
• Location: Canyon View School, San Dimas.
